Shipping & Handling
Most orders ship in 3 to 5 business days. Packages are shipped UPS Ground with tracking information provided to the customer via email. We only ship to the 50 United States. Online order shipping and handling charges are calculated at check out.
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and PayPal. All orders are shipped pre-paid only.
Sales tax will be collected from Texas purchasers on orders after shipping charges even if the item is shipped outside of Texas.
We have been producing quality products since 1938 and we are committed to customer satisfaction. Every item we sell is made in Texas using high quality materials, UV and color stable fabrics and threads. That is why Hilsport by Hilco guarantees to repair or replace, at our option, any product it fabricates at our Harlingen location for one year from the date of purchase.
Reasons for repair or replacement include:
- Defects in materials and workmanship
- Rips, tears, pulled or broken snaps, straps, zippers, or hardware
- Rot, mildew or loss of material strength
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidents and vandalism
- Product alterations
- Fire, excessive chemicals and Acts of God
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction with your Hilsport purchase is very important to us. If you receive Hilsport products that are damaged, not what you ordered, or not what you expected we will exchange them for another item or issue a refund of the product price provided the items returned are in new and unused condition. Refunds are processed within 30 days of the order shipment date.
